About Me:

I went to Cambridge Art School in the late 70s and studied Graphic Design and Illustration.

For several years I worked in a Design studio and then for an advertising company in Cambridge.

I now teach adults watercolour painting at Cambourne, the Caldecote café, Chesterton and Cambridge.

I occasionally teach private workshops for individuals.

In Spring I hold a one day Silk Painting workshop at The Old School Studio in Whittlesford.

I have held workshops for the National Trust at Wimpole Hall in Decoupage, Glass Painting and Silk Painting.

Twice a year I take part in The Granchester Craft show held in the spring and late autumn. I have a stall at the Duxford Advent Christmas market held every year at the beginning of December selling glass painted items.

Other activities include painting the scenery for our local theatre and producing the poster for the pantomime and spring production each year.

This year 2017 I was delighted to win an award by NODA for the best poster design in East Anglia, for the play 'Lend me a Tenor'

Every two years I exhibit my painting with five other artists in Granchester Village Hall.
